This limited-time offer applies to qualifying basic, one-time aerial photography and/or short aerial video sessions at one approved location.

Eligibility, location, flight conditions, coverage, deliverables and scheduling will be confirmed before the project is accepted. The exact number of photographs, video length and coverage area will be agreed upon before scheduling.

Separately priced services include: construction progress documentation, detailed roof-inspection or damage-documentation imaging, complete real-estate photography packages other than the broker-approved introductory package, interior photography outside that introductory package, virtual tours, recurring services, multiple locations, large or complex properties, extended commercial marketing projects, advanced video production, specialized deliverables and assignments requiring additional travel or production.

Additional introductory opportunities: A separate one-time broker-approved real-estate photography package may be available to qualifying brokerage offices. A qualifying basic residential roof overview or basic exterior business-marketing session may also be eligible for the $35 introductory offer when approved before scheduling.

Normal price: $250 per visit

Construction progress documentation is priced separately and is not included in the $35 introductory aerial offer.

The introductory visit includes aerial coverage of one typical construction site up to approximately 10 acres, 12–20 professionally edited aerial photographs, a 30–60-second aerial overview video, date-labeled digital delivery and commercial usage rights for internal updates and company marketing.

Larger sites, extensive travel, multiple structures, additional deliverables, rush delivery or specialized documentation may require a customized quote.
