What does the $35 introductory roof offer include?
The offer applies to one approved basic residential roof-overview photography session at one property. The exact roof surfaces, camera views, number of photographs and delivery details are confirmed before scheduling.
What does the $35 fee cover?
The $35 fee helps cover basic travel, administrative preparation and insurance-related operating costs. There is no separate photography fee for an approved basic session that qualifies for the introductory offer.
Is this a professional roof inspection?
No. Ramsey Drone Services provides aerial photographs and video showing visible exterior roof conditions. The service does not provide a structural inspection, roofing diagnosis, certification, repair recommendation, engineering opinion or estimate of remaining roof life.
Can the images be used for an insurance claim?
The photographs may provide visual documentation, but Ramsey Drone Services does not determine coverage, cause of loss, claim value or whether an insurance company will accept the images. Insurance-oriented documentation requires a clearly defined scope and separate quote.
Can you document visible storm-related conditions?
Yes, when the property, airspace, weather and site conditions allow a safe flight. Detailed storm-damage documentation is more extensive than a basic overview and is priced separately.
Can a drone image a steep roof?
A drone can often capture useful exterior views of steep or difficult roof surfaces without someone walking directly on the roof. Safe access to every angle cannot be guaranteed because of trees, utility lines, nearby buildings, airspace and other obstacles.
Do you provide roof measurements?
Basic roof measurements, mapping, modeling or measurement reports are not included in the $35 introductory overview. Any available measurement-related service would require a separate scope and quote.
Do you image commercial roofs?
Yes. Commercial, industrial, agricultural and multi-building roof-imaging projects are available through a separate quote based on structure size, complexity, travel, safety requirements and requested deliverables.
Can every property be flown?
Not always. Flights depend on weather, airspace, temporary flight restrictions, property access, nearby people, vehicles, trees, utility lines, obstacles and general site safety. A flight may need to be adjusted, rescheduled or declined.
Are you FAA licensed and insured?
Yes. Ramsey Drone Services operates with an FAA Part 107 licensed and insured remote pilot and focuses on safe, professional and rule-compliant commercial drone operations.
