What does the $35 introductory offer include?
The offer applies to an approved basic, one-time aerial photography and/or short aerial video session at one location. The coverage area, number of photographs, video length, delivery and eligibility are confirmed before scheduling.
What does the $35 fee cover?
The $35 fee helps cover basic travel, administrative time and insurance-related operating costs. There is no separate photography or video fee for an approved session that qualifies for this limited-time introductory offer.
Is construction progress monitoring included in the $35 offer?
No. Construction progress documentation requires additional site coordination, safety planning, flight preparation, editing and organized delivery. The introductory construction-progress visit is $150, with a normal single-visit price of $250.
Are complete real-estate photography packages included?
Complete real-estate packages are normally priced separately. However, a separate one-time broker-approved introductory package may be available to qualifying brokerage offices and can include interior, exterior and aerial photography plus a short aerial property video.
Can roof imaging or business marketing qualify?
A qualifying basic residential roof overview or basic one-time exterior business-marketing session may be eligible for the $35 introductory offer when approved before scheduling. Detailed damage documentation, insurance-oriented imaging, commercial roofs, multiple structures, extended videos, multiple locations and advanced editing are quoted separately.
Which services are priced separately?
Separately priced services include construction progress documentation, detailed roof or damage imaging, complete real-estate packages outside the brokerage offer, interior photography outside that offer, virtual tours, recurring service, multiple locations, large or complex properties, advanced video production and specialized commercial deliverables.
Can every property or project be flown?
Not always. Drone flights depend on weather, airspace, property access, nearby people and obstacles, temporary flight restrictions, site safety and FAA requirements. A flight may need to be adjusted, rescheduled or declined when it cannot be completed safely and legally.
Are you FAA licensed and insured?
Yes. Ramsey Drone Services operates with an FAA Part 107 licensed and insured remote pilot and focuses on safe, professional, rule-compliant drone operations.
