One approved location with a limited set of agreed aerial viewpoints may qualify for the $35 introductory offer.
Complete Real-Estate Packages
Interior, exterior and aerial listing photography is priced separately, except for the separate one-time broker-approved introductory brokerage offer.
Construction Progress
Construction-progress documentation is not included in the $35 offer. One qualifying introductory construction visit is currently $125, with a normal single-visit price of $250.
Detailed Roof Documentation
Basic residential roof-overview photography may qualify when approved. Detailed damage, insurance, commercial and multi-structure projects are priced separately.
Large Properties and Acreage
Extensive land, multiple structures, distant viewpoints, complex access or unusually large coverage areas require customized pricing.
Recurring and Commercial Work

The $35 fee helps cover basic travel, administrative preparation and insurance-related operating costs. There is no separate photography fee for an approved basic session that qualifies for the limited-time offer.
Are all aerial photography projects only $35?
No. The $35 offer is limited to one approved basic one-time session. Large properties, multiple locations, recurring work, full real-estate packages, construction documentation, detailed roof projects, mapping and specialized commercial work require separate pricing.
How many photographs are included?
The number of photographs depends on the approved location, requested viewpoints, project scope and intended use. The final image count and delivery details are agreed upon before the session is scheduled.
Are the photographs professionally edited?
Yes. Standard color, brightness, contrast and general presentation adjustments are included for photographs delivered as part of the agreed project. Extensive retouching or specialized editing may require an additional quote.
Can aerial photographs show property boundaries?
Aerial photographs may show the general appearance of a property, but they do not establish legal property boundaries. Boundary determination requires a qualified land surveyor.
Can you photograph land and acreage?
Yes. Land, farms and acreage can be photographed when the property size, requested coverage, airspace, access and safety conditions allow. Extensive acreage may require a customized quote.
Is construction progress included in the $35 offer?
No. Construction-progress documentation requires additional planning, site coordination, organized delivery and repeatability. One qualifying introductory construction visit is currently $125, with a normal single-visit price of $250.

Can every property be photographed by drone?
Not always. Flights depend on weather, airspace, temporary flight restrictions, property access, nearby people, vehicles, trees, utility lines, obstacles and site safety. A flight may need to be adjusted, rescheduled or declined.
Are you FAA licensed and insured?
Yes. Ramsey Drone Services operates with an FAA Part 107 licensed and insured remote pilot and focuses on safe, professional and rule-compliant commercial drone operations.
